eziwin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. eziwin is not liable for losses arising from periods of unavailability.
eziwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for reasons other than fraud or regulatory compliance, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.
